In Kingdoms Collide Mobile I worked as 3D Generalist Artist I have made in total 32 character to realease for the first demo, including concept, sculpting, retopology, uv mappinp, rigging and modelling some level maps.

My role was create concept art and modelling for all characters, also rigging and uvmap.
Breakdown
For characters the art direction was to make them bold as they needed be easy to read in small screens, all of them was made using concepts from 2d drawings, that we made and them sculpt/modelling in Blender, after that other artist have made the textures hand painted.
Starting with High poly models, after them baking into low poly models for texturing, The polycount buget was about of 7k faces, no more them that.
Uvmapping all done in Blender with addons like UvPackingMaster, Textools, UVSquare and MagicUVs.
For Textures we used Substancepainter, to give a handpainted look.
